Matthias Maximus
Before any success, Maxim was working at Domino's Pizza — broke, on food stamps, living with five roommates and struggling with confidence.
From that starting point, he went on to spend over 13+ years building a high-performing business within one of the largest network marketing organizations in the world — earning a seat on the North America Growth Council, speaking in arenas of 15,000+, and helping his organization collectively eliminate millions in debt.
But behind the success, not everything was built the right way. Mistakes were made — and the trust of many was broken. So Maxim made the decision to step back and rebuild — as a man, a leader, and a father of two.
He spent the next season focused on growth — with family, in faith, and through mentorship and coaching.
Now, everything he's learned — through wins, failures, and rebuilding from the ground up — is being poured into something new. Something designed to help others rise — together.
