There Are Two Separate Paths.

This is the most important distinction on this entire page. Membership ascension and the Ambassador program are not the same thing. They are not connected. A person may pursue one, both, or neither — but they must not be confused with each other.

Personal growth and leadership development within the ecosystem. You begin as a VIP Student and may rise through teaching, fraternity leadership, school building, and advanced leadership roles.

Token Economy

Tokens Are Access, Not Money.

VIP Tokens are platform access credits — not currency, not cash, not transferable between members. They exist to remove friction from training, events, and content inside the ecosystem.

What Tokens Are

Platform access credits included with VIP membership tiers at Teacher level and above. They represent your ability to reserve spots in live training sessions, access specialized content, and participate in token-gated events.

How They're Earned

Tokens are included monthly with qualifying membership tiers. VIP Teacher receives 1/month. Black VIP tiers receive 2–8/month based on tier. Gold VIP I receives 15/month. Gold VIP II receives unlimited. Additional tokens may be available for purchase at platform-set rates.

Expiration & Reserve Windows

Tokens expire quarterly. Members may reserve up to a set window in advance — exact reserve windows are specified in membership terms. Language to know: "reserve up to X months" — tokens are not "reset" on a rolling clock. Unused tokens expire and do not carry forward past the quarterly window.

Tokens are non-transferable and have no cash value. Token allocations, expiration windows, and redemption rates are set by platform policy and are subject to change. No cash equivalent exists for unused tokens. Token use for content redemption follows a platform-managed split structure — specific internal valuations are not published publicly and are governed by membership agreement terms.
The Creator Economy

Build Inside the Ecosystem.

The Multiversity is not just a membership platform — it's a creator infrastructure. Rising leaders may build and distribute digital products, courses, music, and training programs, with a clear revenue structure for each.

Qualified creators at Black VIP and above may build and offer digital products — courses, training modules, guides, music, podcasts — inside the Multiversity ecosystem. Revenue from these products follows a platform split structure: 40% to the creator · 30% to the platform · up to 30% to the original Ambassador who referred the purchasing member. Products must be approved before publication. Platform tools, including future AI-assisted content capture rooms, are available to Gold VIP members.

VIP Physical Access

Black VIP members may gain access to the Black VIP Lounge at headquarters and the M Lounge, including post-meeting masterminds and in-person collaboration events as these programs develop.

Gold Content Rooms

Gold VIP Creation Infrastructure

Gold VIP members may gain access to the Gold Content Room and Gold Podcast Room — AI-assisted, professional-grade content capture environments designed to help leaders produce at a high level.

Live Events

2–4x Per Year

Live events at scale — from intimate gatherings to arena-style productions over time. Target ticket pricing approximately $150/person. Revenue splits after expenses: up to 30% to qualified Ambassadors, 30% to platform, 40% to the speaker/presenter pool. Details per event.

Creator economy structures, revenue splits, physical access, and live event terms are subject to individual agreements and platform policies. All figures are estimates and directional — no specific earnings are guaranteed. Availability of physical spaces, content rooms, and live events is subject to operational development timelines.
Ambassador Program

The Opportunity Layer.

A separate, agreement-based opportunity for qualified people to help grow the Maximus ecosystem — and earn recurring compensation for doing so with integrity.

What It Is

A direct contractor arrangement — not a membership tier, not MLM, not a requirement of any kind. Ambassadors are approved promoters who help grow the Maximus ecosystem through referrals, event promotion, content creation, and community building. The program is separate from membership by design — because the best Ambassadors are people who genuinely love the ecosystem, not people who joined specifically to sell it.

Who Qualifies

Ambassador status is available by approval only — not automatic at any membership tier. Candidates are evaluated on cultural alignment, demonstrated values, community presence, and Maxim's personal assessment. There is no application that guarantees approval. The standard is intentionally high because Ambassadors represent the movement publicly — and not everyone is ready for that responsibility.

Why does everyone start at VIP Student — $9/month? +
Because the culture is the product. A shared foundation — the same starting point, the same language, the same first experience — is what creates a community that actually has something in common. If people could buy their way into higher tiers immediately, the community would be a collection of strangers with varying levels of investment, not a movement with a shared identity. The $9 entry point is also intentionally accessible — Maxim believes the right person shouldn't be locked out because of money. The person who becomes the most valuable leader might be the one who could barely afford $9 the first month.
How long does it take to move up to a higher tier? +
There is no set timeline. Tier advancement is based on demonstrated contribution, leadership, consistency, and approval — not time served. Someone who shows up consistently, adds real value to the community, and demonstrates the mindset of the next level may be invited or approved faster than someone who has been a member for years but hasn't contributed meaningfully. There is no clock. There is only the standard.
Can I apply for a higher tier, or do I have to wait to be invited? +
Both. You may apply for a higher tier through the application form on this page — and the team will review your current standing, contribution history, and readiness. You will receive honest feedback, and if you're not ready for the tier you applied for, you'll receive a path and plan to get there. Invitation from Maxim or leadership also happens organically. The best strategy is not to apply and wait — it's to build your contribution so consistently that the invitation becomes inevitable.
Is my membership rate locked when I enroll? +
Yes. For Founding Members, the rate at the time of enrollment is locked in. This is both a practical protection and a reward for early commitment — people who moved first and helped build the ecosystem have their rate honored regardless of future price changes. This applies to the tier you enroll at. If you ascend to a new tier in the future, that tier's rate at the time of your approval will apply.
Can my membership be revoked? +
Yes. Membership in any tier is contingent on continued alignment with the culture, values, and standards of Maximus. Behavior that undermines the community, violates trust, disrespects other members, or conflicts with the mission may result in tier reduction or removal from the ecosystem. This is not a legal threat — it is a culture standard. The quality of the community is more important than any individual membership fee. This policy exists to protect everyone who is building here with integrity.
What is the difference between Black VIP I, II, III, and IV? +
The Black VIP tiers represent levels of depth, investment, and capability within the Builder path. I ($179/mo) is the entry into the builder tier — a leader with a community beginning to form. II ($369/mo), III ($555/mo), and IV ($749/mo) represent progressively deeper infrastructure, more tokens, more VIP training access, and greater ecosystem responsibility. Advancement through Black VIP sub-tiers follows the same contribution and approval standard as all tier changes. Each level carries a higher token allocation and training access to reflect the increased leadership role.
Token System
What exactly are VIP Tokens? +
VIP Tokens are platform access credits — not money, not cryptocurrency, not investment instruments. They are the mechanism for reserving spots in live VIP training sessions, redeeming ecosystem content, and accessing token-gated events. They exist to create a lightweight, fair system for allocating limited-capacity live programming without requiring additional cash transactions for every interaction.
Do tokens have cash value? +
No. Tokens have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred to other members. They are a platform access mechanism only. They cannot be redeemed outside of the Maximus Multiversity ecosystem. If you cancel your membership, unused tokens expire with no cash equivalent.
What happens if I don't use my tokens before they expire? +
They expire. Tokens are designed to encourage active participation — not to accumulate indefinitely. You may reserve up to a set number of months in advance (exact reserve window is specified in your membership terms), which means you can plan ahead and use your tokens before the quarterly expiration window closes. The language to know is "reserve up to X months" — there is no rolling reset and no cash alternative for expired tokens.
Can I earn tokens by hosting events or training sessions? +
Hosting VIP training sessions as a qualified leader does not generate additional tokens — it generates a coaching bonus from the platform for each verified attendee. The platform pays this bonus based on attendance and the applicable token redemption structure. Exact coaching bonus rates are specified in leadership-tier agreements and are never publicly stated as a fixed dollar amount. They may vary based on platform terms, event type, and attendee count.
Ambassador Program
Is this MLM? +
No. Multi-level marketing (MLM) involves compensation structures where people earn money from the recruiting activity of people they recruit — multiple levels of override commissions, downlines, and income derived from building a sales organization. The Maximus Ambassador program is a single-level, direct contractor arrangement. Ambassadors earn on their own approved referral activity. There are no override commissions. There is no downline. There is no requirement to recruit — and recruitment alone is not a qualification for the program. The membership itself has no comp plan attached to it. The Ambassador program is a separate agreement for a separate purpose.
How are Ambassadors selected? +
By individual assessment and Maxim's personal approval. There is no automated or tier-based qualification. Being at Black VIP or above is a general requirement — but reaching that tier does not automatically grant Ambassador status. The evaluation looks at: cultural alignment (do you live and represent the mission?), community presence (are you already building value before asking for compensation?), leadership track record, and whether Maxim believes you will represent the movement with integrity. The strongest Ambassadors are community builders who were already doing the work before any formal program existed.
What purchases qualify for Ambassador compensation? +
Under current program structure, approved Ambassadors may earn compensation on qualifying membership enrollments (monthly and annual), approved digital product sales, and approved live event ticket sales by members in their network. Exact qualifying products and services are specified in each Ambassador's individual agreement. Not all ecosystem purchases automatically qualify — the agreement defines the scope. Ambassadors are compensated on their own approved referrals only, not on the broader activity of the membership base.
If a member I referred moves up to a higher tier, does my compensation grow? +
Under the current program structure, compensation is tied to the membership fee paid — not the tier label. If a member you referred ascends from VIP Student ($9/mo) to VIP Teacher ($89/mo), the monthly recurring compensation on that member's continued enrollment may grow accordingly, based on the applicable rate in your agreement. This is the compounding element of the ecosystem — members who grow and invest more deeply may increase what an Ambassador earns on that relationship over time, without any additional recruiting required. Nothing about this is guaranteed — it is dependent on the member staying enrolled, tier advancement being approved, and your agreement's terms.
How do percentage rates work at different membership levels? +
The Ambassador program operates on a flat percentage rate established in the individual agreement — applied to the membership fee at whatever tier the referred member is enrolled at. As higher-tier memberships have higher monthly fees, the same percentage applied to a higher fee naturally results in a higher dollar amount per member per month. Specific percentage rates are not publicly stated — they are confirmed in individual Ambassador agreements only. The illustrative ~30% used in examples on this page is directional only and does not constitute a guarantee or a public offer.
Can I be an Ambassador without being a member? +
In most cases, no. The Ambassador program is designed for people who have genuine experience inside the Maximus ecosystem — who can represent it authentically because they've actually lived it. An Ambassador who has never been a member cannot speak with real authority about what the community delivers. That said, exceptions may exist for specific external partnerships or promotional relationships — these are evaluated individually and are not the standard path. The standard path is: join, build, contribute, earn the level of trust that gets you approved, then represent.

What is the long-term vision for the Multiversity? +
A full university-scale ecosystem with specialized schools and academies, a dedicated app as the primary member experience, AI-powered tools for content creation and personal development, live events at scale (from intimate gatherings to arenas), a global community of leaders who have built real lives and real organizations inside the ecosystem, and a mission-driven financial model where the majority of upside is reinvested into people, programs, and causes. The goal is not a platform that extracts from its users — it is a platform that grows as its users grow, funded by the people who believe in the mission enough to stay, rise, and build.
What are schools and fraternities? +
Fraternities are specialized community groups within the Multiversity led by Black VIP members — think a focused community with its own culture, niche, channel, and leadership that operates inside the larger ecosystem. Schools are larger educational institutions built by Gold VIP leaders — their own academy, their own curriculum, their own brand, distributed through the Multiversity infrastructure. Both structures are currently in development and early activation. The full vision is a Multiversity in the truest sense — multiple schools and communities under one roof, connected by shared values and shared infrastructure.
How does the Maximus mission connect to faith and spirituality? +
Faith is part of Maxim's personal story and the foundation of his mission — but it is not a requirement for membership, and it is never forced on anyone. The Spiritual Walk is one of the Five Walks of Life, and it is addressed as a real part of human flourishing — not avoided, but not weaponized either. Maxim believes that over time, people who genuinely pursue growth across all five walks often find their way to deeper questions of identity, purpose, and meaning — and that the community should be a safe space for that journey to happen naturally. The platform does not require any religious affiliation and welcomes people from all backgrounds.
